Surrey Singing Studio was established to deliver expert singing tuition to all ages and abillities. The lessons are given in a fun, enjoyable and supportive environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced performer, the Surrey Singing Studio is the perfect place to develop and hone all facets of singing technique, repertoire and language skills.
About
Surrey Singing Studio is run by Kate Warshaw,
a professional singer and teacher with over 15 years' experience. She regularly works with English National Opera and Cantoribus and has worked for Garsington Opera, Opera Holland Park, Accentus, Aldeburgh and Bregenz Festivals. She's even performed in a Bond film ('Quantum of Solace' - Tosca in Bregenz).
Kate offers expert singing tuition at times that are convenient to you - daytime, evening and at the weekend. Kate is a member of the Association of Teachers of Singing (AOTOS).
How is this singing school different to others?
Many singing teachers offer you the promise of giving you 'good technique' and a 'healthy approach to voice production'. Whilst there are teachers who can deliver on this promise, there are many out there who do not really understand the rudiments of what constitutes a solid technique and healthy voice. As an extremely well respected performer and teacher, Kate has quickly established a great reputation for her technical approach to singing tuition.
