Kate has been my singing teacher for the past six years and her obvious enthusiasm for what she does has inspired to me to look at singing as a career. Her focus as a teacher is heavily aimed towards looking at building a good technique, which has enabled me to have solid grounding when tackling harder repertoire. She makes every lesson fun and engaging and is always highly supportive! I would recommend Kate to anyone looking to learn to sing as her enthusiasm and encouraging approach always makes singing enjoyable!

Kate is an expert teacher and every lesson with her is exciting. Her knowledge of the voice and of classical music is formidable, which she combines with a hugely engaging teaching style. I feel challenged but also supported by the content of our lessons and Kate sets highly effective preparation work for future lessons. Song choices are tailored for me as an individual student and I always leave lessons felling that I have been stretched and, most importantly, feeling that I have had a really good time! The progress I have made over the lessons is clear to me and hugely satisfying. I could not recommend singing lessons with Kate more highly!
